The nickle and dime everything away if you or your store doesn't meet certain goals, a lot of them are unreasonable. They want the sales people to sometimes border on fraud or outright commit it to meet these goals. Its not about putting the customer first, its about the bottom line and making them money that they can just take away from you for not hitting certain metrics.
