We also follow Performance Improvement Plans very closely that are centered on giving our employees every opportunity to be trained correctly and improve. Retail and wireless are fast changing and performance driven industries - that makes it one of the most exciting industries to work in! With the excitement comes challenges that have to be met with optimism and hard work. For the individuals that excel in this, there is great growth opportunities with a very lucrative payout potential. I am sorry to hear about your issues and we always encourage open / constructive communication but we have not had any District Managers resign so I hope that is not influencing your feedback.
