Not one single pro. At all. Absolutely none.

Very poor management. Training to be a store manager was only five days long. Commission structure sucks and hourly/salaried pay is well below the industry average.

That is so strange... normally monthly contests, performance pay increases, vacation time, employee perks, industry training, and ability to move up are considered pros... Ex.) in 2018 alone, we have given away cruises, trips to Las Vegas, a car, cash prizes, technology, TVs, preparing to take 70 people to Cabo. Our top producers are earning over $2,500 / month in commission payouts. As with all great things and most jobs (to my knowledge) that takes hard work to do win or earn more. Training for leadership is 10 days in person as orientation, 2 weeks with Sprint as a new hire, and then a leadership academy with Sprint. I hope this helps clear things up! They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
