No work/life balance No weekends off ever Constantly micromanaged if the store is not busy Currently having issues with sales not showing through on the dashboard which could impact my commission honestly not happy about that. Working at slow locations is honestly one the worst cons some days you wont even get a single person come into the store. You are expected to go pass out flyers at places like walmart or hang out in parking lots, then expected to take a picture of someone with a flyer very creepy. The training they have you do is garbage and does not help anyone with no sales background. The commission structure and how you get paid is unreasonable confusing to figure out the formula to determine how you get paid. Working more hours effects your commission check negatively and I have never seen that at any cellphone retailer.
