4yThank you for your perspective. Employees should always feel supported and nurtured and our leadership recognizes that. Which is why in our mantra (that you left out) states" with our employees" in it. Employees outgrowing their positions (Hopefully we do to internal promotions!), lay offs due to Location Rationalization (unfortunate) and losing employees due to not meeting Performance Expectations (necessity) are all a part of our business. We take any losses in those regards seriously. If you do have any issues, we always have an open door policy - not sure who you reached out to or when it was but would love to hear you out. It is not fair to judge certain departments or roles because you do not see everything they do or understand it all. Our back office team works incredibly hard to support and lift up our employees - many of them have come from working in a store and have grown with us!
