      relaxed work environment. very flexible

      no benifits no paid holidays no paid vacation, and the commission structure sucks. you will sell ur but off and have a great month and your commission will only be 200-300 dollars.

      Commission depends on performance and the pay is relative to that. We have an extremely aggressive compensation plan with many making much more than the amount listed. I would encourage you to reach out to your leadership to see things that we may be able to do to convert your sales opportunities at a higher rate so your commission can grow along with it.       They will call you and ask to work when you’re clocked out, no life, your parents and loved ones pass away you will be called the day you bury them to ask when you’re coming back, pto? Jokes they will say it’s a sacrifice you have to make and still write you up
