Every minute was tracked closely, including time spent in ACW, and agents were publicly called out for it. This created an uncomfortable environment where productivity felt less important than surveillance.Calls are extremely scripted, to the point where genuine conversations are nearly impossible. Even customers could sense it, and some expressed sympathy rather than interest which says a lot about how effective the approach is. Overall, compensation does not reflect the level of pressure, monitoring, and emotional energy required. In hindsight, I regret the time invested here and would not recommend this role to anyone looking for growth, autonomy, or fair earning potential.
