Everything. Upper management is a joke and the partners don’t care about staff. Favoritisms rules in this company and if you’re not white or Jewish you most likely won’t succeed there. It’s a revolving door, too many people are leaving and the work load is unrealistically difficult. Some people are allowed to go on vacations while staff can’t so much as even breathe without getting in trouble. God forbid you need to take a day off. The drama, passive-aggressiveness and aggression from management makes everyday life miserable. They are too preoccupied with unnecessary things and avoid actual issues that face the office. They let terrible employees get away with too much. Competent employees will get paid a barely liveable NYC wage while useless, toxic employees will get compensated too well. I don’t know how they’re still in business.
