There has been change in management for good : 1. The previous management was let go because they couldn't align with company goals. New management is aligned with and appreciated by US office. 2. People used to get fired often and without any reason based on random personal opinions of previous management. Under new management an objective metric for measuring performance has been introduced, which helps in removing bias and decisions are now data driven rather than opinion driven. You can't improve what you cant measure is the new management philosophy. 3. The Bias in previous management towards a particular team has been removed. Perfomers are appreciated irrespective of which team they belong to. 4. Performance Appraisal is now done on time and fairly for all teams, which was highly baised and unfair earlier.

Cons : 1. No baised Pampering! 2. Lot of cribing by people who got unfairly pampered by previous biased managment. But things are improving. 3. Over the top cosideration given even for people who are not considerate about creating a positive office culture and processes.
