Connexus is continuously growing, so there could be improvements in communication and overall awareness. Luckily, leadership is aware of this and working towards enhancing this!
There was a large difference between the people you work with and ELT. Employees got along well and worked to move the organization forward. ELT says the right things but didn't follow through on any of it. To the point that middle management was always scrambling. The good managers would eventually be pushed out for not being in lock-in-step as they tried to keep their employees protected. HR has zero empathy through any of this and takes the hardest line possible with any ELT direction
