I can work from the comfort of my home, using the equipment they provide.

Used to have unlimited PTO but now it is 20 days/year. The hourly pay is low and the lead vendors are very low quality. Rules & protocols change often and there is no communication with upcoming changes until they happen in the moment. Connie was very people oriented when I first started but as they have grown since 2023, they are losing sight of that.

-They change company policies at the drop of a hat i.e. unlimited pto is gone, commissions changes, and there is no employee manual its been being edited over a year and a half so they can make the rules up as they go. -revolving door with people being fired every other month while they brag about also hiring. - They only care about sells by any means necessary. -They don't seem to do their own marketing outside of a youtube channel which means agents have to rely on horrible leads that lead to professional licensed agents being called scammers and liars. - if they can't help you they will ignore you outright ignore any question you ask in slack. -all the people in leadership are friends seems very much if one of them doesn't like you count your days environment
