      It can be boring. Being an independent contractor means no workman's comp and higher tax rate. Often seemed disorganized and inefficient, but that works in your favor when you are paid hourly.

      Working at conscious box was quite an interesting experience. It was flexible, decent pay and had I had some great co-workers.

      Conscious Box at times made some poor choices and I think management could have been better at keeping people motivated.
