Very nice people, some interesting projects, colleagues love to support one another, lots of investment into professional growth when advocated for; good benefits

Not diverse at all, "gotta hear both sides" attitudes on every issue, unclear of how they want to handle social justice values/if they want to claim social justice values given the nature of their work, workaholic culture, low pay
