I have never seen such disorganized work processes in the horeca field, especially in luxury hotel: constant changes, unnecessary pressure, lack of clear structure, and ongoing confusion. The team becomes frustrated every shift due to these issues, and even basic equipment like POS/pin machines are not functioning properly. Due to these conditions, employees experience burnout very easily.
There are more managers than workers, yet the work processes remain in complete disorder. Additionally, there is no proper food (breakfast) provided for staff.
