Immediate leadership (direct supervisors) build a culture that allows for open communication while have set expectations that allows for a healthy work environment. Senior leadership/upper management does not care. The benefits are great.

Everything else. Conservice used to be a place that foster flexibility and a fantastic work/life balance. It was a place the was people driven. The people grew WITH the company. Now everything is data driven. The company is growing at the expense of the people. Conservice used to have culture that was ideal for parents with young kids to be able to work. This is no longer the case. Conservice is becoming a corporate nightmare. - Everyone, regardless of if you are a long term employee with a proven track record or a new hire, has tracking software that is suppose to show if you are productive or not. So, individuals with a proven track record, who complete the work of 3 people efficiently and effectively, will get marked down if they are too “idle” The software does not actually represent productive. It shows “busy” and those are two very different things - For the last six years Conserve allowed fully remote/optional hybrid work if desired. New company policy has everyone with a specific range needing to go in office. This is a betrayal to the workforce Conservice claims they care about. The flexibility of working from home was one of the best things Conservice offered its employees and in the name of unity and progress they have. The contract I signed upon entering employment say I am a fully remote individual. But that contract no longer matters as every individual will now need to go in office. They say they hear us, they say they’re open for discussion, but Conservice does not care about the employee. They care about the numbers and the employee is simply a means to get a number. I do not recommend.
