Pay is not competitive. They consistently broadcast that they aim for paying employees right at market average. 50%, no more no less. Understaffed. I’ve been asking for help for 9 months. I’ve had six different supervisors in that time. No help has been given and the work load has only increased. Forcing a return to in office work. Not willing to compromise or work with employees schedules that have been built around working from home and taking care of children and family members. Data logger/trackers installed on all computers requires employees to explain bathroom breaks and any ‘low productivity’ minutes throughout the day.
