In an age where recruitment agencies have a bad reputation as employers Consilium really do buck the trend. They are always looking for ways to improve the environment we work in and business practices and policies. Of course this is a sales environment and not everyone is successful - I think that’s where you can attribute the negative reviews on here, however the onboarding training and continued training opportunities made available are brilliant and they have very clear programs for progression for those that want to develop further.

Nowhere is perfect but this company listen when things don’t work, look to make changes and work with you to improve- you can’t please everyone but they do a great job of building a good team and giving great support to that team.
