Vantaggi

pay (hourly for year 1 and salary for year 2) travel reimbursement/planning for work people are friendly and helpful good healthcare that is somewhat customizable... could be better but overall its pretty good paid sick leave 2 floating holidays (though only because we don't get 9 required federal holidays off) hour lunch break (unpaid) Occasional outings/events but pretty rare and usually occur on weekends Very ethical business practices stable career path with good pay in coming years profit sharing

Svantaggi

2 weeks paid vacation until year 6, then 3 until year 16 long hours (7-5 M-F) and occasional weekends not the most fun work. Lots of warehouse stuff in all positions and can get boring at times Systems very outdated Work/life balance does not exist here Corporate will constantly try to brainwash you into thinking they have competitive benefit plans... they don't especially for 50+hr weeks

Vantaggi

Very nice coworkers and you get to travel a good amount in your first year. Guided training process wasn’t bad

Svantaggi

Low pay and long hours. The contract they’ll have you sign in misleading on salary. You’re basically going to be a hourly employee your first 2/3 years and more likely than not are not going to be making the amount on the contract unless you do a lot of overtime. There is a lot of corporate pressure on being able to move wherever they tell you to also. My best advice is to look at what your local managers lives are like and consider if they’re happy or not. You have to have a certain amount of being a loner in you to be ok with their outlandish moving expectations.
