I've worked with the company 15+ years so it's a solid company to work for. Good reputation and pricing for the customers.

They underpay on base pay and commissions for equal job/experience (compared to competitors) No annual review for cost of living increases Haven't seen a raise in 5+ years The current branch I work at is micromanaged by senior management No room for advancement once you hit a certain level Insurance package is expensive and has a very high deductible
