Incredible diverse group of hard-working, dedicated, supportive, and genuinely decent people. In fast-paced, high-stakes industry, the people truly make it a wonderful working environment. The office space in One WTC is beautiful, the company invests a lot back into its employee experience with a full kitchen stocked with snacks, drinks, catered events on-site and team dinners or off-site activities at least once a quarter to enjoy socializing and bonding with co-workers outside the work environment. As others have said, it's a very rapidly-growing company that is constantly adapting to its growing client base. However, despite the expectations because of this, leadership is very open to feedback, and always trying to find ways to improve our systems or processes. They are also actively hiring new employees in order to assist with the growing work load. Overall, the commitment to the employee experience, financial compensation, and incentive opportunities is admirable, and makes the innately "chaotic" nature of start-up companies much easier to navigate. While you are expected to hit goals, and work hard, there is an understanding that we are all at juggling a lot and work-life balance is prioritized. Hybrid in-office schedule (3x in-office, 2x WFH a week) is also a great indicator of that.

Given the nature of start-ups, things can appear "chaotic" at times as the company is constantly adapting internally to best support consistently growing business. This may not be comfortable for everyone, but generally it seems that employees trust the vision and direction of leadership and are willing to follow their lead. Ultimately, it is a business meaning there is a bottom line. This makes it so there's not a lot of time or wiggle room to hand-hold too much, which may be difficult for some. But leadership is approachable, supportive, and willing to find ways to help delegate tasks if bandwith is at capacity.

Constellation’s work atmosphere provides a space of learning and collaboration that has been an integral part of my growth as an employee. Work culture at the office plays a huge role in strengthening the team’s relationship, building a true camaraderie amongst each other. Constellation’s work is at the forefront of advertising and AI, setting me and my peers up for success in the future. The most important factor to team success at Constellation by far is leadership. From the beginning, employees are trusted to make meaningful contributions and attribute their ideas. Leadership does not hesitate when it comes to showing the ropes to newer employees, which is a characteristic that doesn’t go unnoticed and is important for success.
