Total disregard of people, which leads to high turn-over. Total focus in US work, which means that if you are part of the other business lines, there is no much interest from management. This leads to continuous pressure to show profits with no investment. They keep letting people go and expect the remaining staff to carry out all work. No bonuses and it's rare to see menaingful pay increases. No more benefits than the bare minimum. If working outside US, they expect work on US times for meetings, even if it means very late hours in your time zone. Very hierarchy-based company mindset.
