The biggest thing that strikes me the most about Construct Digital is the people in it. They comprise of extremely talented and capable individuals who are committed and dedicated to everything that they do. From the accounts team to the content team, the desire to aspire and strive towards greater heights shows in each and every piece of work they produce. The managers themselves walk the talk and inspire their team members to strive towards excellence. If you're looking for a great place with ample opportunities to learn and grow, then this is it. My time there was spent with great minds who were ever ready to share their knowledge and expertise and I am both glad and proud to say that I have had a great time at Construct. They have most certainly left an imprint in me so here is a big thank you especially to my managers and each and everyone there. The pros are as follows: - Great colleagues who are fun and active. You will come to love the bunch. - Senior members who are always ready to offer help and mentor if you ask. - Superb managers whom I worked for, who played a huge part in making my experience at Construct nothing short of wonderful - Expect to stay back to play table tennis, jog, exercise, skate, cycle, or even just dinner and beer - Strong work ethics - Flexible with turning up for work timing
