A place where you will have plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. Employees are fairly compensated. People with the right attitude to learn and get the job done are highly valued/recognised. Not the place for you if you are just looking to draw a monthly income. The company operates in a process driven environment which explains its structure to things. Encourages employees to not leave their clients in the lurch and support them where appropriate. They try to explore and pick up new trends and technology in order to keep up with the ever changing industry. Management team is transparent, no office politics, highly approachable and supportive (best I have seen so far). The management team will always try to make the best of your strengths and put you into areas where you can perform or even push your boundaries ("leveling you up"). Excellent office environment (nicely furnished). Great agency work-life-balance I have experienced so far, of course there are peak periods but people generally leaves the office by 7pm+.
