      - Great learning experience as you are quickly exposed to the work - Good culture in the Saudi office - Quality of the work good, exciting projects - Growing quickly, supportive colleagues, amazing ops team, and fair and direct office lead - Bonus is fair and sometimes beats other agencies (coming from several myself)

      Svantaggi

      - Culture across other offices (Dubai) sneaks it's way into Saudi office, manager goes a good job at stopping it - Sometimes work is overwhelming as clients are demanding - Account structures vary depending on client and lead - would be better to align it all so employees can be evaluated fairly - Salary could be better as Riyadh is getting expensive quickly - Standards higher (good), means you need to work harder to promoted - Work focussed mainly on Saudi
