Management! Overall a highly unprofessional company. Management asked us to leave positive reviews on Glassdoor a couple weeks into the position! Which was sketchy. Why would you ask employees to leave a review a couple weeks into a job and specify it has to be “positive”. In the interview was told that it is $15/hr PLUS commission and incentives- They didn’t have a commission or bonus structure in place and every time we would ask about it the questions were swept under the rug. We (my co-workers and I) also asked about incentives that they offered in the interview (Netflix and paying a portion of your internet service) SURPRISE- the questions were avoided. Also ContactPoint 360 is a outsourced call centre so a lot of times the client they work for and support has NO IDEA what business practices they were applying for example the company had sent their product for agents to try (we were selling the product, so the client wanted us to try it). The supervisors all got the product (they posted pictures of the product bottles in our company chat) but apparently the product meant for “agents” was stuck in customs....
