The company was very honest and took care of its employees I looked forward to going to work everyday

A very minor detail but I wish there were more opportunities for overtime

My coworkers were very helpful and hard working despite the lack of supervision. They were very talented and knew their stuff but were unable to express themselves freely because of the inexperience of the shop supervisor.

The Supervisor!!! She has no clue on how to problem solve or weld, she needs to be more proactive but dosent have the ba**s to even know how to do that! Instead of buying donuts try spending more time learning your craft and using your people to the best of their ability.
