Working here has been a very uncertain experience. One of the biggest issues is the lack of job security. Employees are often left feeling unsure about their future, as management does not provide clear communication about stability or long-term plans. Decisions seem to be made suddenly without proper updates to the staff, which creates unnecessary stress and anxiety in the workplace. Instead of building confidence among employees, the company leaves many constantly worried about whether their positions are safe. This environment makes it difficult to stay motivated or committed. A good company should give its employees stability, transparency, and trust — unfortunately, that is missing here.
