The Logistics team is controlled by veteran employees that really believe in doing things "the way we've always done them." They are not open to change or suggestions for improvement. The management style is, simply, management by fear. Employees are neither encouraged to think for themselves nor contribute opinions. Regular mandatory Saturday work is required with little or no notice.
