They will accept a campaign that is unrealistic, give it to you to manage and when it inevitably misses the deadline or goes over-budget they will blame you. There are no campaign kick-off meetings or any type of structure for this company. The sales team will simply say anything and accept any client that is willing to give the company business without working with the entire CL team to see if the campaign is realistic or even profitable for the business. Also it says this company is based in Utah but 95% of the company is based overseas, so expect to be working 24/7.
