Biased management - Talkers find favours, exert power of influence on management to create unfavorable situations for others. Open cussing and demeaning/defaming in public, and management does nothing about it. Work pressure is crazy. Work on weekends, holidays. Unreal expectations - No KRAs, KPIs, expected to don multiple hats and take on all blame for everything. Then term all of this as 'agency life'. Its not. It was good earlier. Spoilt after management change. Old team's quit.
