Grazie per il tuo feedback. Nel complesso, siamo felici di vedere che i nostri team sono molto soddisfatti della loro gestione. Sulla base del nostro ultimo sondaggio sul coinvolgimento, l'84% ritiene che il proprio manager sia un ottimo modello di ruolo per i dipendenti e l'84% ritiene che il proprio manager sia la persona giusta per gestirli. Tuttavia, comprendiamo che la tua esperienza con le capacità di alcuni gestori è stata deludente per te e siamo molto dispiaciuti di sentirlo. Di sicuro, i miglioramenti possono sempre essere apportati. Siamo convinti che manager e leader abbiano un ruolo chiave nel guidare, crescere, ispirare le nostre persone e che non è un lavoro facile e talvolta può essere ancora più impegnativo in un'organizzazione in rapida crescita. Ecco perché accelereremo il nostro investimento nelle nostre capacità di gestione e leadership iniziando con un team interno che svilupperà solidi programmi di leadership e iniziative come: Manager PlayBook, programma per manager per la prima volta o potenziamento di modelli di ruolo per dirigenti intermedi, continuando a offrire coaching quando necessario. - the people (i work with on a daily basis). i've heard some not-so-great things and reviews about people in other departments, but i'm lucky to work with great people in my department and know many kind and hard working people here. - unlimited pto - hybrid - nice offices

there's good reason behind the overall rating of this company and % approval of the ceo are dropping. the company is not what it used to be. during the first ~6 months i thought it was so exciting and a super unique unicorn company, however, right after that you start to notice all of the things wrong with it. the overall culture also took a huge hit within the last year or so. after the last round of lay-offs, SO MANY people then left on their own because of burnout from the unorganized chaos + more money since it's fairly rare to get a significant enough raise here. i envy the people who got out before the ship sank - senior leadership who probably have no idea what we actually do beneath them aka lack of visibility and no clear path for growth - leadership changes and lay-offs left and right - LACK OF DIVERSITY.
