- Problemi significativi nel tentativo di integrare tre diverse aziende (Contentsquare, Hotjar e Heap) in una. - Ampio divario nel talento dei dipendenti in molti reparti; le differenze tra individui che si suppone siano allo stesso livello possono essere evidenti. - Molti leader, in particolare i manager di medio livello, hanno difficoltà a far crescere i singoli nei loro team perché loro stessi non sono i più forti.

Siamo inoltre orgogliosi del livello di talento presente in tutta l'organizzazione. Tutti questi elementi continuano a essere fattori chiave della nostra missione. Siamo consapevoli che potrebbero ancora sorgere delle sfide legate all'integrazione di Contentsquare, Hotjar e Heap. Unire culture, sistemi e team diversi richiede tempo. Abbiamo compiuto progressi significativi negli ultimi 18 mesi, ma sappiamo che c'è sempre margine di miglioramento per creare un'esperienza più unificata e coerente a tutti i livelli. Abbiamo preso atto anche delle tue osservazioni relative alle carenze di talenti e allo sviluppo della leadership. Concordiamo sul fatto che una gestione forte e coerente sia fondamentale per il successo del team. Per affrontare questo problema, entro la fine dell'anno implementeremo un framework di carriera aziendale progettato per dare maggiore struttura, chiarezza ed equità alla progressione di carriera, alle aspettative e allo sviluppo a tutti i livelli e in tutte le funzioni. - the people (i work with on a daily basis). i've heard some not-so-great things and reviews about people in other departments, but i'm lucky to work with great people in my department and know many kind and hard working people here. - unlimited pto - hybrid - nice offices

there's good reason behind the overall rating of this company and % approval of the ceo are dropping. the company is not what it used to be. during the first ~6 months i thought it was so exciting and a super unique unicorn company, however, right after that you start to notice all of the things wrong with it. the overall culture also took a huge hit within the last year or so. after the last round of lay-offs, SO MANY people then left on their own because of burnout from the unorganized chaos + more money since it's fairly rare to get a significant enough raise here. i envy the people who got out before the ship sank - senior leadership who probably have no idea what we actually do beneath them aka lack of visibility and no clear path for growth - leadership changes and lay-offs left and right - LACK OF DIVERSITY.
