- Glaciale nell'esecuzione (e spesso perde il treno per questo motivo) - Quando l'esecuzione avviene, non è fatta bene ed è esclusivamente top-down da una gestione incompetente - Nessuna sicurezza psicologica o curiosità intellettuale - questo porta i team a usare gli stessi giochi che forse funzionavano 5-10 anni fa (puramente incentrati sulle relazioni), e per non parlare del fatto che non devi mettere in discussione nessuna decisione - le persone vogliono solo "lavorare" senza attaccamento a un problema/valore reale da risolvere o a una direzione strategica. - Molti IC leader se ne sono andati a causa di questa cultura ed è endemica, i nuovi assunti spesso sono scioccati dai modi di lavorare e dalla cultura del "apparire bene non fare bene". - Il raggiungimento delle quote è scioccante, il prodotto principale viene venduto ai ritardatari e non esisterà tra 5 anni. Qualsiasi cliente o potenziale cliente intelligente supera rapidamente la soluzione, eppure la mancanza di comprensione dell'ecosistema più ampio da parte dei team significa che venderanno la fattoria solo per tenerli per un altro anno - Nessuna attenzione alla crescita, la permanenza viene premiata. Un sacco di circuiti integrati intelligenti intrappolati da una gestione davvero pessima (per lo più non in modo malizioso, solo un'alzata di spalle apatica e una mentalità poco performante). È gestito come il settore pubblico, non come un'azienda SaaS ad alta crescita, probabilmente è il motivo per cui non cresce così tanto (numeri scioccanti su base annua, gonfiati artificialmente da 2 acquisizioni). È l'epitome di un'attività di venture capital esaltata e beniamina del Covid, tutta camicia e niente pantaloni, e fratello, la marea inizia a ritirarsi!!

- the people (i work with on a daily basis). i've heard some not-so-great things and reviews about people in other departments, but i'm lucky to work with great people in my department and know many kind and hard working people here. - unlimited pto - hybrid - nice offices

there's good reason behind the overall rating of this company and % approval of the ceo are dropping. the company is not what it used to be. during the first ~6 months i thought it was so exciting and a super unique unicorn company, however, right after that you start to notice all of the things wrong with it. the overall culture also took a huge hit within the last year or so. after the last round of lay-offs, SO MANY people then left on their own because of burnout from the unorganized chaos + more money since it's fairly rare to get a significant enough raise here. i envy the people who got out before the ship sank - senior leadership who probably have no idea what we actually do beneath them aka lack of visibility and no clear path for growth - leadership changes and lay-offs left and right - LACK OF DIVERSITY.
