Vantaggi

- Le persone sono davvero la parte migliore del ruolo: sono disponibili, motivate e ho stretto ottime amicizie. - La cultura aziendale è molto positiva, basata sul motto "lavora sodo, divertiti", e l'area vendite è caratterizzata da una forte energia e competitività che ti mantiene motivato. - Il prodotto è valido e apprezzabile quando parli con i potenziali clienti.

Svantaggi

- Non c'è più un percorso chiaro per la progressione. Quando sono entrato, mi è stato detto che c'era un percorso di 12 mesi per passare da SDR ad AE. Due anni dopo, quel percorso è stato eliminato e non ci sono state discussioni sulla promozione o addirittura su un aumento dello stipendio base. - Ci sono stati molti cambiamenti e ristrutturazioni interne, il che a volte rende la situazione instabile. - L'onboarding e la formazione potrebbero essere molto più efficaci: i nuovi assunti spesso faticano a superare il periodo di prova e ritengo che la mancanza di supporto non favorisca il successo. - Elevato turnover nel team SDR a causa di problemi legati alle prestazioni, ma senza gli strumenti/la formazione giusti, sembra evitabile.

Thank you for the thoughtful review and for calling out the team, culture, sales energy, and product. It’s great to hear that these are all motivators. We hear you comments about progression, onboarding, and the pace of change. We’re rebuilding a clearer SDR progression using the ongoing skills framework that spells out the competencies for each level and the criteria for moving forward, so expectations are more transparent. In parallel, our onboarding revamp is in progress to strengthen 30/60/90 ramp and manager enablement so that our new hires are truly set up for success. - the people (i work with on a daily basis). i've heard some not-so-great things and reviews about people in other departments, but i'm lucky to work with great people in my department and know many kind and hard working people here. - unlimited pto - hybrid - nice offices

there's good reason behind the overall rating of this company and % approval of the ceo are dropping. the company is not what it used to be. during the first ~6 months i thought it was so exciting and a super unique unicorn company, however, right after that you start to notice all of the things wrong with it. the overall culture also took a huge hit within the last year or so. after the last round of lay-offs, SO MANY people then left on their own because of burnout from the unorganized chaos + more money since it's fairly rare to get a significant enough raise here. i envy the people who got out before the ship sank - senior leadership who probably have no idea what we actually do beneath them aka lack of visibility and no clear path for growth - leadership changes and lay-offs left and right - LACK OF DIVERSITY.
