The CEO is a strong and decisive leader, providing clear direction and valuable insights. The organization offers abundant learning opportunities, allowing employees to grow both professionally and personally. One of the standout aspects is the company’s commitment to delivering real value to its clients, which is reflected in the way teams operate with integrity and dedication. The best part of the company is its culture which is set right from the top by its CEO, CMO and the Chief Transformation Officer. They make sure that everyone is seen and heard and are often personally involved in the professional growth of the employees. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to work, especially for those looking to learn, collaborate, and thrive in a supportive yet dynamic environment.

One challenge I observed was occasional contradictions within the management team, which could sometimes lead to confusion. Additionally, the management often expected rapid results, which wasn’t always feasible for a bootstrapped company operating with limited resources.

Many managers tend to show favoritism, which often overshadows genuine efforts and performance. Recognition is inconsistent, and hard work may go unnoticed. There is a lack of transparency and control in decision-making, particularly within certain teams like Tech Accounting . Feedback mechanisms could be more effective and fair.

Some managers are good. Can develop some skills here as there is some learning curve

1. False hype about good culture - Top management can get rude with employees at times. They’re expected to always work but then preach about work life balance on social media 2. Required to travel to work everyday and even saturdays knowing people come from far away. Not sure how this is going to help with overall productivity. It will burn out the employee more. (Again will preach about this on social media) 3. Interview schedules are not correctly intimated. Will call 2 hours before the interview. Sorry not everyone is free to have a spontaneous interview always. 4. Some people will act very sweet to you on your face but are complete tyrants behind that.

As per our policy we do not encourage work from home, but we do consider cases where work from home is granted on the ground of personal commitments post approval from the manager. In line with this commitment, we have also implemented a 5-day work-week policy starting November 1, 2024. This initiative is aimed at promoting a healthier work-life balance and preventing burnout, allowing our employees to recharge and be their best selves both at work and in their personal lives. With regards to interview schedule we do follow a practice of intimating the candidate and the interviewer at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time. We also share calendar invites in accordance with such timeline to ensure overall alignment. We follow an open-door policy where employees are welcome to voice concerns or suggestions. As a part of our HR handbook you can check our employee grievance addressal policy. We deeply value the input of our team members and are dedicated to continuously improving based on their feedback.
