I had some good experiences working here but ultimately it was defined by poor, inconsistent team management and a hostile environment from the leadership team that trickled down (I was in a junior role). The leadership don’t get on - their politics and discontent makes it awkward for the whole team. There was no training or support as a new joiner. Overtime was expected but unpaid. The salary wasn’t great and you only get 20 holiday days which is the lowest they can legally give you. Basically avoid.
