      Not everyone is willing to provide support for new hiring people. Organizational changes take too much time. There is no standard environment & culture between divisions and teams. Each one has different atmosphere and joining the right team is bet.

      Pay is low compared to other companies in the area and the cost of living in the area is high. They seem to be outsourcing jobs to cut costs, so job security is not the best right now.
