Most segments and groups allow you to take on greater tasks and challenges with the flexibility to decide approach and direction. Nothing is given without hard work and dedication but Continental will eventually recognize it if you provide it. I have always been very proud of every single product we produce and sell during my years with Continental.

The Automotive segment is not as lucrative as some professions so don't expect the greatest compensation. At times it appears that career development takes a very long time to achieve promotion between successive levels. Like many large corporations, Continental is looking to continue improving internal communications between segments as well.
