Virtual work environment, great co-workers & work/life balance

Too many people involved in day to day which created many road blocks in my position.

Flexible schedule once training requirements were met. Good co-workers and members to serve. Working remotely allowed ability to get children from school.

Pairing with unqualified work mates increased stress of the job. No formal training program in place. Lack of supervisor support to trouble shoot issues. No back up computer if your laptop is not working. All work is completed via computer. Heavy on data entry.
