The schedule was not bad.

The company's management is not at all knowledgable of the procedures and systems, so they often ignore employees asking for help because they simply do not know. A supervisor who was billing trained, simply should not be a TECH SUPPORT supervisor unless they were cross trained adequately. Also, overtime everyday because other employees fail to meet their metrics is a JOKE. If you don't make sales, your ignored! Plus your never really trained on the systems, your just thrown on the floor and forced to figure it out.
