For sensitive matters which can’t be reported through regular reporting channels, we provide a confidential compliance reporting hotline which is managed by an outside firm. The compliance hotline is in addition to our traditional reporting options which include supervisors, managers, directors, senior leadership or Human Resources.
Hiring and promotional decisions are critically important to Continuum. Making these decisions based on factors related to education, training, experience and demonstrated accomplishments is what will determine our long-term success. Illegal and unethical factors are not used; although we take this allegation seriously.
We invite the team member who posted this statement to please come forward, without fear of retaliation, and provide a statement regarding your concern. Our anti-retaliation policy provides protection to anyone who makes a truthful report to the company. We will vigorously investigate your concern and work to find all the facts.
