I really enjoy going to work for Rocco. He is a driven owner/boss and hands on. He is like a family member to all in the office but is still straight forward. The entire team is very helpful and works with you when you have a problem.

The industry is extremely busy and training new employees can be an issue. The learning curve is a bit much but with the assistance from the team it keeps you enthusiasm high and makes you want to do more.

Where do I start? The work/life balance is real from a CEO who cares about his team. The software that we provide to companies is top notch. Our customers are amazing and growing by the day. The current leadership team is solid and trustworthy. The people that work here are some of the smartest people I've ever met. They're fun to work with, and they'll stop on a dime to teach you something new, so you're always growing professionally.

The massive amounts of free food? Ha, I'm just kidding. There are no cons unless you don't like to eat with great people.
