salary is to basic for a fresher, increment is not good, HR never responds to your query even if you are an employee of the company and currently they hire trainee resources then when they don't need them anymore they just terminate their contract by telling that there is no revenue, if there is no revenue there should be downsizing in the HR & admin team too, and also if they hire two freshers both won't get the same pay one might be getting around 80k and other 100k both of them are below par and then you get from the upper management that the learning path is good so you can work as underpaid employee
