Family atmosphere but a large corporation. Nice people. Business casual environment.

More traditional office spaces.

Traditional company treated employees well. Loyalty was expected and returned. Stable, generous benefits.

When original owner passed away, company dynamics slowly changed. Not the same and it is a natural progression. Largely white male dominated. Not a lot of room for advancement.
