The owner/President treats his employees like a family and does an amazing job of making everyone feel appreciated and celebrated. Great benefits, too. Really peaceful office environment and everyone that works at CSI actually likes their job so they're easy to work with.

Some outdated admin/accounting processes & a bit of a lack of uniform training experience for employee operating standards.

Good place to start if you have no experience

Toxic management staff, favoritism and nepotism run wild. Safety is ignored, long hours and second shift often required. Jobsites are far away because reputation in Grand Rapids is so poor. Company struggles to keep anyone around longer than a few years.
