Well-meaning but ill-equipped leadership - Recensione dipendente - Project Manager presso Controlant

Great people. Good workers that are competent and hardworking. Great for people looking to start off their career. Just don't plan to stay long. There is a great emphasis on cost cutting and saving money at every corner.

Currently led by a Senior leader who took over from the CEO. This leader has a reputation built by himself of doing things his way or your out. At a company event a couple years ago during a lov week he was to address half the company in the morning but did not show up until noon. There was a party the night before. That behavior got him to now lead the company employees. So sad how far Controlant has gone but I am glad I am gone. They no longer live their values.

At first it was great to work there, fun, everyone was doing well. Benefits were good, pay was decent, location for me was good, flexibility for me was great.

They laid me off for no reason and did not explain why clearly because they had no reason to. Did not like that HR in Iceland did not have much communication with me as a HR Representative, They were not understanding people and did not help to develop their workers.
