No Cons. Great place to work

I enjoyed working with Controlled Environmental for over 35 years, they gave me the latitude to spend time in the field and in the office. In the office I designed system and then entered the field to see the system not just to completion but watch the customer use the design for their products. It's a good feeling to know what you've just designed makes the customer happy.

Although I enjoy my time with Controlled Environmental the main negative with working there is the seasonal ups and downs and so tied into research and development that you always knew when slow times were ahead.
