This is my second recruiting company and it is by the far the best! I was at Robert Half before and it was a trial by fire in a dog eat dog environment. CGI is a place where everyone supports each other. It is a family-like environment and the office is located inside a historical mansion. They give you the necessary tools and coaching to be successful which I have found abound here. You should try to get in if you can - they are very selective in who they hire because they only hire the best.

None that I can really think of. They are fair and will push you to get to that next level.

- Push you to work long hours - Don't know how to manage their budget (hired in July - trained for one month - actively working for 1 more month - then let go because of poor financial management) - Terrible training program - Heavy Favoritism with the few employees there - You can only stay at the company if you are buddies with one of the main three employees - Lack of resources (Terrible ATS & CRM) - Won't hire you unless you take a draw plan (They offer a base but strongly discourage you to take it) - HEAVY MICROMANAGING - I can go on... - Terrible benefits
