The board and staff always complains about job done eventhough on-boarding is still not completed. CEO always complains on work expectations even if you were just hired a week ago, not proper turn over on team leaders results to miscommunication. Lacks people skills. Not recommended

Extreme micromanagement, with little trust or autonomy given to employees. Unfair treatment of employees during onboarding, with contributions dismissed as “non-productive” despite being utilized by the team. Refusal to compensate for rendered hours, even when tasks were completed and personal time, including weekends, was dedicated to the work. Involvement in questionable, potentially scammy products.
