Unfair treatment of employees during onboarding, with contributions dismissed as “non-productive” despite being utilized by the team. Refusal to compensate for rendered hours, even when tasks were completed and personal time, including weekends, was dedicated to the work. Involvement in questionable, potentially scammy products.
